CNotePro app doesn't require an ongoing Internet access to complete the clinical documentation which has advantages such as:
FLEXIBILITY in completing the clinical documentation anywhere regardless of the availability of the Internet at the patient's site or due to being in a rural area where Internet access may not be feasible.

1. The back office sends to the clinicians the list of patients to be visited.
2. While in a WiFi area, the clinicians download their patient assignments to their smart devices.
3. While at the patient site, the clinicians will use the cNotePro software to complete the clinical documentation such as Comprehensive Assessment or Clinical Skilled Nursing Note. Once the documentation is complete, the app will allow the clinician and the patient to sign the completed document.
4. The clinician uploads the signed and completed documentation in PDF format to be integrated and made accessible to the office staff such as Quality Assurance review. Please note that an Internet connection is needed to complete this step.
5. The back office server software imports the completed documentation into the back office database where it gets prepared for immediate electronic billing, Plant of Treatment preparation, payroll, and State Oasis submission.
FLEXIBILITY, the back office server software allows your agency to design and custom fit its own forms and documentation to suite its needs and clinical requirements. Once the agency makes the desired changes to the forms, the office can publish the new changes to all the clinicians or to only one selected clinician.
The software comes with a standard set of documentation such as,
